Ben graduated from Deakin University with a bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science and has been working in Strength and Conditioning and Athlete Development for 3 years, with athletes across many sports and levels, including time with the Melbourne Rebels youth 7’s, Geelong Grammar Scholarship Athletes, and the Barwon Sports Academy program.

 Ben grew up playing representative levels of Football and Cricket, while also training for Athletics. This is accompanied with over 10 years of weight training experience after finding a love for it at a young age.

He has a strong interest in training for performance and injury prevention by finding root causes of pain, instability and mobility issues, while having a great understanding of what is involved in competing.

Ben finds pure enjoyment through seeing improvement and success of his clients, and believes that it played a major role in establishing his passion for coaching.
