CANCELLATION & NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY

We reserve your appointment time to ensure you get quality care and attention from your chosen practitioner.

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to an emergency, or obligations for work or family.

However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, it may prevent another patient from receiving treatment. We are a busy clinic and run a wait list; failure to notify of a cancellation will prevent us from offering a consultation time to a client in need.

If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24hrs notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a charge equal to 50% of the service fee (this includes video consults) which will be reflected at your next consultation.

Please call our friendly administration staff to discuss cancelling and rescheduling of your appointment at your earliest possible convenience.

PLEASE NOTE

We would prefer to not implement a cancellation or missed appointment fee! So if your reason for cancellation or non-attendance (and failure to notify us) has been unavoidable, please call our friendly administration staff to discuss the waiving of this fee. A quick phone call is very much appreciated by clinic staff, as well as a client who may be on our waitlist.
