At The Injury Clinic, we do things differently.
You won’t be managing insurance cases or rushing through appointments. Instead, you’ll work with sports and musculoskeletal clients only, in a high-performance environment alongside physios, strength coaches, and sports dietitians.
With structured weekly mentoring, athlete exposure, and a clear progression pathway, this role is designed to help you become a confident, capable private practice physio.

We are currently looking for a reliable, and adaptable receptionist to join our team at The Injury Clinic.
About the Role
Our administrative team plays a vital role in keeping the clinic running smoothly and ensuring every client has a positive experience. You’ll work closely with practitioners and contribute to a professional, supportive environment that is highly valued within the local community.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and is comfortable with changing schedules.
Hours
- Approx. 10-12 hours per week (casual)
- Flexibility is essential – while there are set hours available, additional shifts and coverage will often be required.
- Weekly hours may vary, with opportunities for increased hours during busy periods or staff leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Welcoming and assisting clients
- Managing phone enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and diary coordination
- Processing payments and third-party invoicing
- Liaising with practitioners and clinic staff
- Monitoring and contributing to website and social media activity
- Responding to email enquiries
- Following clinic policies and procedures
- Supporting the team with additional administrative tasks as needed
About You

Strength & Conditioning Coach
📍 South Geelong | Full-time
The Injury Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Coach to join our multidisciplinary team.
At The Injury Clinic, we provide physiotherapy, strength & conditioning, and dietetic services to clients of all ages and abilities.
Our S&C team works hand-in-hand with physiotherapists to support clients through injury rehabilitation; and independently with their own client base offering programs targeted at performance enhancement and general health and fitness goals.
You will be working from TIC Gym – an onsite private high performance training facility. Here you will have access to the equipment and environment needed to perform your role to the highest standard.
About the Role
As part of our collaborative team, you’ll:
- Deliver evidence-based S&C programs to clients seeking to improve performance and overall wellbeing
- Deliver evidence-based S&C programs to clients recovering from injury
- Contribute to our Athlete Sponsorship Program, supporting elite and sub-elite local athletes across sports such as soccer, triathlon, running, and athletics
- Oversee athlete tracking, programming, and wellbeing, working closely with our Head of S&C and physiotherapy team.
- Supervise clients in both 1:1 and group training settings
- Assist with clinic operations, including gym setup, maintenance, and client communication
This is a part-time position (approx 15 hours per week), with potential for increased hours and responsibility as your client base grows. **Please note, hours will include a Saturday morning.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an S&C coach who is:
- Professional and adaptable, able to tailor programming to clients of all ages, fitness levels, and confidence
- Collaborative and communicative, comfortable working within a multidisciplinary health environment
- Passionate about long-term development in the S&C field and committed to delivering high-quality client outcomes
- Organised and proactive, able to follow direction while contributing to the ongoing growth of the clinic
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (or final year student who has completed placement hours)
- ASCA Level 1 accreditation (minimum)
- Proven experience delivering both group and individual sessions independently
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
