The Injury Clinic is currently seeking a part-time receptionist to join the team. We value our admin staff greatly, and they are integral in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and effectively. 

The Injury Clinic admin staff work closely with practitioners to ensure we continue to offer a service that is both valued and well respected within the local community. 


Hours: Approx. 12-15 hours per week 

*Please note: Admin staff are required at times to vary their hours to ensure coverage of annual leave etc. This position is therefore best suited to an applicant who can be flexible with their hours and increase hours to assist with leave coverage if needed. We endeavour to give as much notice regarding leave coverage as possible. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing clinic
  • Greeting clients
  • Answering phone
  • Schedule management & appointment booking
  • Client payments (& 3rd party invoicing)
  • Liaison with clinic staff
  • Website & Social Media monitoring, planning and execution
  • Response to email enquiries
  • Adherence to clinic policies and procedures
  • Additional tasks as directed


Skills & Experience

Experience is preferred, but not essential, all candidates will be considered.

  • Be willing to work as part of a team
  • Have adequate computer skills
