AT THE INJURY CLINIC

The Injury Clinic is hosting a FREE event to discuss how to adequately fuel for training and events on Monday the 26th of August. 

Do you want to get the most out of your training?

Are you able to confidently fuel for exercise at any given time of the day?

Do you struggle to take in food for early morning exercise or when training for over an hour?

The Injury Clinic is running an interactive workshop lead by our Sports Dietitian Alice to allow you to refine your nutrition around your training schedule to maximise the benefits of your training! Alice will run through how to appropriately fuel for training, what considerations should be made for macronutrients and how to appropriately time your food consumption.
You will also get the opportunity to taste test options that are regularly recommended for in-training fuelling.

 

To get the most out of this interactive workshop, you will need to bring on paper:

  • An outline of a typical training week
  • Your common current pre and post-training nutrition options for training sessions (if any)

TIME: 6pm

WHERE: The Injury Clinic, 100 Fyans Street, South Geelong
