Laura founded The Injury Clinic with the goal of providing Geelong with a physiotherapy clinic focussed on evidence-based practice and the best possible outcomes. This has evolved to include a team of like-minded health professionals working together to help clients achieve their goals. She is lucky enough to work alongside, and with, wonderful clients and a wonderful clinic team.

Laura graduated from La Trobe University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. She has since completed post-graduate study to obtain a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy degree and earn her the title of ‘Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist’.

Laura has worked as a private practice clinician for over 10 years, having worked previously in Melbourne and interstate. She has a special interest and a wealth of experience in the treatment and management of running-related injuries.

Laura is currently actively involved in running research at La Trobe University and has recently completed a research project looking at foot strike pattern whilst running and its effect on injury, biomechanics and performance.
