Liz graduated from the Auckland University of Technology in 2012 with a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Physiotherapy.

She moved to Australia in 2013 and has since been working in private practice settings, gaining experience in the management and treatment of musculoskeletal presentations. Liz believes using a combination of hands-on therapies (including dry needling) and targeted strengthening exercises achieves the best results for her patients.

Liz has a special interest in the management of the pelvic pain and dysfunction, consequently she has furthered her education greatly in this area. With this interest she has naturally developed a further interest in post-partum musculoskeletal presentations and is passionate about enabling the safe return to high level functional activities in the post-partum period. Having recently become a mum of twins, Liz has first hand experience of pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain and is currently navigating her own recovery post partum.
