LONG RUN CLUB

WHAT IS IT?

The Injury Clinic will be heading out and around Geelong, Bellarine & Surf Coast for a monthly long run and want you to come!
You don’t have to be quick, or familiar with where we are running, but we do ask that you consider carefully what distance you should run.
Whilst most runs will be 20-30km, you don’t have to run it all.

They will be out and back runs (there will be a goal distance but opportunity for everyone to pick an appropriate distance/pace on the day depending on their current programming); We won’t have sweeps, but we will carry a phone!

If you’re keen to explore a running track you haven’t, or run with a bunch of like-minded people, come along and spread the word!

Tune in to social media (Facebook & Instagram) for updates including dates, times, distance and location!

This will be a great opportunity to:

Run in a group

Learn from other runners

Discuss nutrition/recovery ideas

Run in locations you may have never tried before
