BAKED OATS

Makes 1-2 serves

Ingredients

  • 1 medium/large banana, mashed
  • 200mL low fat milk
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • Optional Toppings: 10g white choc chips + 25g raspberries
  • 10g milk choc chips + 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon added to base + 1/4 apple diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice added to base + 25g blueberries

Method

  • 1 Pre heat an oven to 180 degrees
  • 2 Mash banana and combine all ingredients in a small oven proof dish.
  • 3 Add desired toppings.
  • 4 Place in the oven for approx 40 mins.
  • 5 Store in the fridge overnight.
