Roughly chop dates. Place in a saucepan with ¼ cup of water. Cook over a low heat until water has evaporated. This should make a chunky date paste. Allow to cool.

Pre heat oven to 165 degrees.

In a small bowl beat the eggs.

In a separate large bowl mash bananas.

Add olive oil, honey, milk and eggs to bananas. Mix well to combine.

Add in flour and gently stir to combine.

Place batter in a loaf tin and cook for 50-60 mins.
