Chia pudding is a great snack and is so versatile. Change the toppings you add to create a completely different taste or add protein powder to boost the protein content and include as a post training snack. There are so many different variations you could make of this snack. For example to make the perfect post training snack- add vanilla protein powder to the milk and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Top with crunchy granola, mixed berries, a banana and a drizzle of honey

Serves 1


  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • A pinch of stevia


  • 1 1. Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 2 2. Stir in cacao powder, peanut butter and pinch of stevia.
  • 3 3. Top with preferred toppings such as mixed berries, shaved coconut, banana, crushed nuts.
