1 cup milk (alter depending on how thick you want it)
1tbsp honey
1 cup frozen berries
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (around 60g)

4tbsp greek yoghurt
4tbsp nuts or seeds of choice

Method

Mix the chocolate protein powder into the yoghurt

Add the honey, milk and mix to combine. Add more milk if you would like it a runnier consistency.

Add rolled oats, chia seeds and berries, stir well.

Spread across 4 bowls and place in the fridge for minimum 2 hours, ideally overnight.

Top with a tbsp greek yoghurt, nuts or seeds and berries to serve.
