CHOC PROTEIN OATS

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup milk (alter depending on how thick you want it)
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (around 60g)
  • Topping
  • 4tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 4tbsp nuts or seeds of choice
  • Berries

Method

  • 1 Mix the chocolate protein powder into the yoghurt
  • 2 Add the honey, milk and mix to combine. Add more milk if you would like it a runnier consistency.
  • 3 Add rolled oats, chia seeds and berries, stir well.
  • 4 Spread across 4 bowls and place in the fridge for minimum 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  • 5 Top with a tbsp greek yoghurt, nuts or seeds and berries to serve.
