Peel and dice potato into large chunks. Boil for 15 mins or until soft enough to mash.

Meanwhile dice carrot, onion, celery and garlic.

Heat a pan with oil and add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

Add mince and break apart. Add flour and mix through.

Add remaining vegetables, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock. Stir to combine and simmer on a low heat for 15 mins or until most of the liquid has reduced into a thick consistency.

Mash potatoes adding the milk and butter until it reaches desired consistency.

Place mince mixture into a large oven dish topping with mashed potato and cheese.

Place into the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is golden.
