Gingerbread Overnight Oats

Try this easy, healthy Christmas breakfast recipe!!

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 15g (1/2 serve) of protein powder (optional)
  • ½ cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ - 1 banana
  • 1 crushed ginger nut biscuit (optional)

Method

  • 1 Place dry ingredients in a container and mix.
  • 2 Add wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
  • 3 Set in fridge overnight.
  • 4 Serve topped with ½ - 1 whole banana and a crushed ginger nut biscuit.
