Place peanut butter and honey in a saucepan and using a spatula mix to combine over low heat.

Allow small bubbles to form and mix consistently (to avoid burning or sticking to the pan) for approx 5 mins or until it forms a thick paste.

Once a thick paste pour over the dry ingredients and mix well to combine. You may need to use your hands.

Line a 20cm square tin with paper and spread the muesli mix, pressing firmly.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When set cut into 12 pieces.
