SUMMER BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

This smoothie is a great option for a well-rounded breakfast with it’s high protein content, carbohydrates and good fats! Have it for breakfast or even as a great post-exercise snack to cool down in the summer months!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mango (frozen or fresh)
  • 3-4 ice-cubes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Method

  • 1 Place all ingredients into a blender until combined
  • 2 Serve and enjoy straight away
