The Injury Clinic Geelong Run Club currently hosts 2 running sessions per week. Run Club sessions are free and available to the local Geelong community. See below for more information on the two sessions, and don’t hesitate to reach out and contact us for more info. We’d love to see you there!
Every Tuesday at 6:00am, The Injury Clinic hosts an informal, interval-based running session designed to improve run performance and confidence.
Sessions typically total around 8km (including warm up and cool down), and their design are most suitable for those training toward a 10km, Half Marathon, or Marathon; or anyone wanting to progress their running.
Whilst there is a session every week, you’re always encouraged to do as much (or as little) as suits you.
It’s completely free, open to everyone (clients and non-clients), and focused on creating a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment.

TIME: 6AM TUESDAYS
Every Friday at 12pm, The Injury Clinic hosts an MAS (Maximum Aerobic Speed) session.
MAS refers to the lowest running speed at which VO2max (the maximum amount of oxygen an individual can effectively use during exercise) can occur; and MAS training is specifically programmed run training that involves running at high speeds to and help improve a runners MAS, and ultimately running speed and fitness.
MAS sessions are effective for any runner looking to improve their ability to run at faster speeds; gains have been shown to transfer to your selected sport or running distance.
If you’re someone who wants to improve your time for a 5km or 10km run or even a marathon or longer, this is definitely for you.
This running session will also provide a great opportunity to run with other like minded runners and athletes as a part of a great community!
