The Injury Clinic Run Club sessions are a free, informal running session for anyone in the local community. You don’t need to be a client of the clinic to attend, everyone is welcome!

This session is designed to be challenging yet achievable. It is a speed/interval session designed to improve running efficiency, speed and overall performance. Including a warm up, this session goes for approximately 50 minutes.
It all kicks off with warm up laps at 6am; and then start we start our session.
You don’t have to complete the whole session, you will be encouraged to only complete what you can, and what is appropriate for your current training load. Everyone will be running at their own pace.
Whilst everyone is welcome, we recommend that you are able to run a minimum of 6km comfortably, and have had a degree of consistency in your running volume for at least 6 weeks prior to adding a track session.
