At TIC: To consolidate is to strengthen progress—whether by reinforcing training adaptations, stabilising improvements in movement and function, or unifying support systems around the client. We work to ensure that gains made through training are sustained, integrated, and built upon through a collaborative, long-term approach.

STRENGTH COACHING OPTIONS AT THE INJURY CLINIC

Strength Coaches at The Injury Clinic work with clients to design individualised and specific strength programs to help them achieve their goals. They offer expert, evidence-based guidance tailored to support injury rehabilitation and enhance athletic performance.  

Whether you’re recovering from injury, looking to improve function, or aiming to enhance sports performance, Strength Coaches at The Injury Clinic have a deep understanding of biomechanics and movement, and work closely with physiotherapists (when required) to ensure a cohesive, goal-oriented approach.

Their hands-on coaching, attention to technique, and commitment to client education make them a key part of long-term health and performance success. Clients have the option of a coaching membership, or alternatively they can opt for 1:1 programming consults as needed. 

**Please note: We are unable to use HICAPS for Strength Coaching services. However, we do encourage clients to check with their individual Private Health Insurer, as some funds will make contributions towards services who fit criteria related to ‘preventative’ healthcare.

Performance testing includes the use of VALD Force Decks and Enode performance tracking

OPTION TWO - EXTERNAL PROGRAMMING MEMBERSHIP

1. Individualised Program Design

Receive a training plan tailored to your specific goals to be completed at an external gym facility of your choice.

2. Monthly program review

A in-person program review is conducted each month. Time is given to discuss program progressions, ensure correct technique, and an understanding of the exercises within your program.

Your strength coach will ensure you are happy with your plan and can execute the exercises with the desired technique.

3. Access to TIC Programming Software

View your plan and training program in an application accessible on your phone; access to our video exercise library is included.

4. Fortnightly coach communication (*as needed)

Stay in touch with your coach on a regular basis to ensure programs are appropriate and progressed effectively. This allows programming adjustments for de-load weeks (if required), as well as more frequent progressions (or regressions) to ensure your program is working for you.

It also allows technique review, with opportunities for video sharing and verbal feedback.

 

5. Access to clinic classes and workshops

You will be provided with the opportunity to access exclusive clinic classes and workshops.

OPTION THREE - PAY AS YOU GO STRENGTH PROGRAMMING CONSULTS

1. Individualised Program Design

Receive a training plan tailored to your specific goals

2. Program Demonstration and Technique Assessment

Time is given to ensure correct technique, and an understanding of the exercises within your program. Your strength coach will ensure you are happy with your plan and can execute the exercises with the desired technique

3. Access to TIC Programming Software

View your plan and training program in an application accessible on your phone; access to our video exercise library is included

4. Access to Performance Testing and Strength Assessments

Options exist to test and assess your progress and monitor your tolerance to training. Performance testing and strength assessments are implemented at intervals dependent on the individual, their training plan and their goals.

OPTION FOUR - TIC ONLINE STRENGTH COACHING MEMBERSHIP

1. Individualised program design

Receive a training plan tailored to your specific goals, and delivered to you online. Programs can be tailored to create an effective plan based on individuals goals, level of training, and equipment available.

2. Access to TIC programming software

Receive your personalised management plan, training program, and access to the TIC exercise video library via our custom app.

3. Monthly online video consult

You are provided with the opportunity to discuss your program and goals each month.

4. Fortnightly technique and program review

You will be asked to provide your coach with exercise or movement footage for discussion and feedback.

5. Individualised video feedback and movement explanation and demonstration 

Receive the cues and feedback that works the best for you.
