Laura founded The Injury Clinic with the goal of providing Geelong with a physiotherapy clinic focussed on evidence-based practice and achieving the best possible outcomes. Laura has a special interest and a wealth of experience in the treatment and management of running-related injuries. She is currently actively involved in running research at La Trobe University.

Kim is your first point of contact at The Injury Clinic, greeting you with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. When clients experience an injury or setback in life. Kim is a wife, mum, daughter and friend β all roles she holds in high regard and treats with great importance. You can be assured Kim will treat you, as a client, with that same level of importance.

JOEL MARTIN
Physiotherapist
Joel graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy, and has since worked in private practice throughout Melbourne. Joel is currently studying his PhD at Monash University completing studies to investigate the biomechanics and motor control patterns of athletes and everyday runners with Achilles tendinopathy.

LIZ QUINN
Physiotherapist
Liz has a special interest in the management of the pelvic pain and dysfunction, consequently she has furthered her education greatly in this area. With this interest she has naturally developed a further interest in post-partum musculoskeletal presentations and is passionate about enabling the safe return to high level functional activities in the post-partum period. Having recently become a mum of twins, Liz has first hand experience of pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain and is currently navigating her own recovery post partum.

KELSEY OLLIS
Physiotherapist
Kelsey graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice. Kelsey enjoys the opportunity for patients to understand their injury and work through an evidence-based physiotherapy management plan together.

SAM COPPINGER
Dietitian
Sam graduated from Victoria University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She has since completed a Masters in Dietetics and her sports nutrition qualification earning her the title βAccredited Practising Dietitianβ and βSports Dietitian.β
Sam is currently the Sports Dietitian at the Western Bulldogs Football Club. She previously worked with Collingwood Football Club and has years of experience in private practice. Sam has a special interest in working with AFL, netball, athletics, endurance events and a range of other sports.

ABBEY BADROCK
Administration
Abbey is currently completing her fourth and final year at Deakin University studying a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education. Thus she is passionate about promoting health and keeping people active. In pursuing a career in teaching, Abbey is always eager to interact with and help others. Welcoming you with a big friendly smile, she will ensure you receive the service you deserve.

TESS KIRSOPP-COLE
Administration
Tess enjoys participating at a high level of Athletics, currently training towards her goal of representing Australia at the 2024 Olympics in the 800m race. Tess is also studying towards becoming a Qualified Sports Dietitian at Deakin University.

JACK KRSUL
Physiotherapist
Jack graduated from La Trobe University with a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice; he has also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Melbourne. Jack enjoys educating patients about their injuries, allowing a collaborative and team-based approach to rehabilitation.

BENJAMIN CALNIN
Strength & Conditioning COach
Ben graduated from Deakin University with a bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science and has been working in Strength and Conditioning and Athlete Development for 3 years, with athletes across many sports and levels, including time with the Melbourne Rebels youth 7βs, Geelong Grammar Scholarship Athletes, and the Barwon Sports Academy program.

KATE TRICKETT
ADMINISTRATION
Kate has a background in travel, business and client experience.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys keeping active in nature on regular family hikes, trail runs and beach play – boogie boarding or stand up paddle boarding.
She has three active boys, so much of her time is spent playing backyard cricket.
