FORTNIGHTLY PAYMENT CANCELLATION & PAUSING POLICIES

CANCELLING YOUR FORTNIGHTLY PAYMENTS

  • You may cancel at any time by notifying the clinic via email (info@theinjuryclinic.com.au) or by speaking with one of our administrative staff
  • We ask for at least two weeks notice to cancel to ensure direct debits are stopped on time. Once cancelled, you will no longer have access to the clinic training space, programming review consults, or the clinic programming app. All future program review appointments will be cancelled 
  • If you wish to cancel, but continue to be programmed by one of our S&C coaches, please let both administrative staff, and your strength coach know so we do not unknowingly cancel your access to your program

* Please note – If you would like to reinstate your payments, a 1:1 programming consultation will be applicable (Cost = $110.00)

 

PAUSING YOUR FORTNIGHTLY PAYMENTS

  • You may pause at any time by notifying the clinic via email (info@theinjuryclinic.com.au) or by speaking with one of our administrative staff
  • While paused, you will no longer have access to the clinic training space or programming review consults. All program review appointments and training session bookings during the paused period will be cancelled. You will retain access to the clinic programming app
  • We ask that you please notify us of the period of time you wish to pause; we can only pause payments in 2 week increments due to the structure of the fortnightly direct debits. You are able to pause for a maximum of 8 consecutive weeks.

*Please note – when pausing, there may be a delay in the stopping of payments depending on when in the payment cycle you opt to pause. This will balance out with the resumption of payments.
