CHOC COCONUT PROTEIN BALLS

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup dried dates
  • 4 scoops (30g per scoop) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cups desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2-4 tbsp date water

Method

  • 1 Place dates into a bowl and cover with boiling water for 5-10 mins to soften
  • 2 Place all ingredients in a food processor
  • 3 Blend until well combined, add 2 tbsp date water and blend. If needed, add extra water, 1/2tbs at a time to reach desired consistency
  • 4 Roll into roughly 20 balls
  • 5 Refrigerate for 2 hours. Note: These will last for up to a week in the fridge
