Place dates into a bowl and cover with boiling water for 5-10 mins to soften

Place all ingredients in a food processor

Blend until well combined, add 2 tbsp date water and blend. If needed, add extra water, 1/2tbs at a time to reach desired consistency

Roll into roughly 20 balls

Refrigerate for 2 hours. Note: These will last for up to a week in the fridge
