Overnight weetbix are a perfect way to include all 4 components in your breakfast:

– Protein (yoghurt, protein powder, milk)
– Healthy fats (chia seeds, walnuts, peanut butter)
– Colour (fruit)
You can also make 2-3 containers stored in the fridge so you have breakfast sorted for a few days for those busy mornings.
