Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange peeled and quartered
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 200ml coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method

  • 1 Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until combined Serve cold and enjoy!
