Endurance Run Programming Workshop

ENDURANCE RUNNING

AT THE INJURY CLINIC

After the positive feedback from our previous Endurance Running Workshop, The Injury Clinic is running another event, this time delving into run programming!!

Are you currently planning a training block for a running event? Do you consistently have niggles or injuries in your training? Or are you looking to learn what considerations you should have when building a running program for yourself? If so, then The Injury Clinic’s Run Programming Workshop might be for you!

The Injury will be hosting this FREE workshop for the local running community on the 1st of May 2024.

Attendees will be able to bring in their self prescribed or generic run program for our physiotherapists to review, discuss and suggest modifications based on the available evidence and their clinical expertise. Our aim is for you to leave the night with an adjusted program based on loading principles and your individual goals.

You will also hear about considerations for run programming and strength training, how to appropriately track your training load, how to forecast what you will need to be running for an event, the impact of different training variables and when to consider modifying your training.

This will be a small group workshop and places will be limited, so make sure to contact us with the details below to secure your spot!
