SMOOTHIE BOWL

These are super easy to make but are a great option for when you have guests. Make breakfast look a little fancy presenting these smoothie bowls. A delicious breakfast option as the weather starts to warm up.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Toppings- Peanut butter, chia seeds, low sugar granola, mixed crushed nuts, shaved coconut, fruit (berries, passionfruit, mango, banana, kiwi fruit)

Method

  • 1 Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until combined.
  • 2 Pour the smoothie into a bowl or cup.
  • 3 Top with favourite toppings (remember to make it look pretty!)
